After graduating from the American University in Beirut with a B.Sc. in premedical studies, she entered medical school at the Université de Montréal, obtaining her degree in medicine. Following 5 years of residency in plastic surgery, she received a Masters degree in Biomedical Sciences. She then pursued further graduate studies, specializing in both pediatric plastic surgery and cosmetic surgery at the University of Toronto.

She is an active faculty member at the University of Ottawa and practises pediatric plastic surgery at the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario. At the CSSS-Gatineau (Gatineau hospital) and in her private clinic she performs plastic surgery for adults, including all aspects of this wide-ranging and extraordinary specialty.

Cosmetic surgery accounts for 75% of her professional activity. Her body contouring procedures include liposuction, tummy tuck, arm lifts and thighplasty.
